Wordless Wednesday . . . Lost Bird

This beautiful little guy came out of nowhere
 and was hanging out
in my trees.

He seemed to enjoy having his picture taken.

One of the things I love about living
in Florida . . . nature just happens.

I am participating at the following
 Wordless Wednesday hops:

If you have a blog hop, blog carnival
or linky event you'd like for me to
include in my blogs, leave me
a comment with the link.

What a gorgeous boy! Are they native there, or was he perhaps once a pet? I hope someone doesn't just snatch him up if he's native; they're four thousand dollar birdies!

Found you through For the Love of Blogs!

Thanks for visiting, commenting and following . . . following you all back :-)

@Donna . . . I'm not sure if this guy is native to this area, but I have a feeling that he is a pet that got away or an escapee from Busch Gardens. Gorgeous bird for sure!

Really? They are freely flying. I've seen same species at the zoo only.

@Colleen . . . it was very cool to see this guy in the trees!! I tried to lure him down, but he was being shy . . .
